The rooms are great with clean bathrooms, a wide range of food options, and the staff are really friendly and helpful to everyone.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the fact that the hotel provided an early check-in option at no extra cost. The hotel’s location was ideal as it was easily accessible and near key points of interest. the hotel staff was friendly and provided good customer service.

The hotel did not offer a wide variety of amenities and the overall room condition was not up to standard. The room was poorly cleaned with bugs and dust roaming around.

The water supply in the hotel was uninterrupted, and the hot water was readily available. The staff members were approachable and helpful. the hotel was located nearby to several tourist attractions and shopping areas.

The neighborhood outside the hotel was not very welcoming to outsiders. The room where I stayed was not up to my expectations, and there were a few maintenance issues that needed to be addressed.

We had a terrible experience overall. The hotel is located in an unclean and unsafe area and the staff was unfriendly. They didn't provide some basic amenities like sufficient towels, soap, and toilet paper. The rooms were too small and the walls were dirty. The air-conditioning was not working properly. We also had some issues with hot water in the bathroom. we cannot recommend this hotel as we had a very unpleasant stay.

The staff were friendly, hardworking, and treated us like family. They provided helpful information and advice about shopping in Mumbai. Good value for money. Polite staff.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel offered two great features which I appreciated: free parking and free Wi-Fi. the location was also very convenient, being close to many shops and restaurants. Another advantage was having a friendly and attentive staff who were always willing to help.

My experience was dampened by several negative aspects of the hotel. the room was very dirty and had several cockroaches.

During my stay, I found the hotel staff to be welcoming and accommodating. They were always available to answer questions, and their local knowledge helped me find good deals and better transportation options. Moreover, the hotel location was excellent - nearest to Jio Convention centre, making it easy for me to attend my meetings on time.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
